Sue Curley has been a devotee of yoga, since her first classes in 1982!  Sue qualified with the International Yoga Teachers Association 2005.  Since then, Sue has been teaching both Yoga and Pilates to a wide range of students locally – as well as overseas (and online through the pandemic).   Sue loves the way Pilates and Yoga tailors to individual needs for muscular and postural strength and increased flexibility.  An added bonus is reducing stress – achieved by practising ‘mindfulness’ with each session.  (What’s not to love?!)
Students regularly report yoga and pilates helps with their personal confidence, body awareness, flexibility, strength and balance. Evidence shows prevention of (and recovery from) injuries, is significantly enhanced.  Both disciplines encourage a mental and bodily shift into a more ‘aware’ perspective – which decreases stress, increases focus, and promotes a stronger connection (as well as improved peace and harmony) with oneself. Magical: holistic mind-body alignment…
Sue is also a Personal Trainer (2009), who loves her work – and would like to help you achieve more in your life.
