Suz teaches in a variety of settings with the aim of sharing accessible Yoga, especially with those who would not ordinarily get to a studio. Her inclusive teaching environment welcomes all levels and abilities, utilising the foundation of Hatha Yoga as she strives to create an environment within her classes where students can connect with their mind, body, and breath with the objective of leaving relaxed although energised and refreshed. Her chair yoga classes offer support for functional movement mixed in with plenty of smiles.
She sees herself as a lifetime student and acknowledges the importance of continued education. Since beginning her qualification as a Yoga Teacher, Suz has sought to further expand her knowledge (500+ Hours), studying under both Local and International Teachers, to enable her to safely bring Yoga to a wider audience. These include Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Older Grown-ups, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Yoga as Lifestyle Medicine (with Compassion Focussed therapy) & Meditation with awareness of Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
