Tony Gibson is a Level 1 Yoga Chi Gung Teacher since 2008
Teaching on the Sunshine Coast at the North Shore Community Centre at Mudjimba.
In Oriental Yoga Chi Gung teaching he incorporates interest in Chi Gung, Tai Chi, Yin Yoga, Japanese Yoga and Sound Healing.
Tony has graduate degrees leadership and management and also has a certificate 4 in training and workplace assessment.
Tony has a vision of “nature and community being connected and sustained” as he works and plays with the community of Coolum and the North Shore on the Sunshine Coast. He is a member of the Marcoola group of Coolum and North Shore Coast Care to help maintain the natural environment and writes Observations column in the Coolum and North Shore Advertiser on a range of topics including health well-being, community, social justice and environment.
Tony has been delivering Oriental Yoga Chi Gung programs at the North Shore Community Centre at Mudjimba since its inception 12 years ago. He also delivered programs at Warilda in Wooloowin, Brisbane for 3 years from 2008.
Tony has delivered programs to corporates such as Bendigo Bank, secondary students and not for profits groups such as Cool Connections and Coolum Hearts.
Tony likes to incorporate meditation and healing music with drums, gongs, flutes and singing bowls to aid health and wellbeing for our body and spirit.
SPIRIT.3H (Happiness, Health and Harmony) is the registered organisation from which Tony has delivered holistic coaching and oriental yoga chi gung.
