Vishal’s yoga journey took him from boardrooms to ashrams, where he completed both 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs from top universities in India. He is a registered Senior Yoga teacher with Yoga Australia. But the story doesn’t end there—currently pursuing a Master’s in Yoga Therapy, Vishal is on a mission to combine ancient yoga wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques to help others in managing stress, finding inner peace, and maintaining a balanced life.
