Trish has been conducting group classes and one-on-one sessions on the Gold Coast, since 2007.  She has been practising Yoga for over twenty years and her early teachers were Sivananda and Iyengar trained.  Trish trained in classical Yoga with Shanti Gowans and then completed a Diploma in Integral Yoga. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy (Enlightened Events) and is currently completing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy (Yoga Therapy Australia). 

Trish's master's research examined the effect of a long term Yoga practice on senior school teachers.  Her workshops address issues relating to work, stress and health.  She has had articles published in Australian Yoga Life and Yoga Today.  Trish also teaches Yoga as part of Cancer Council Queensland's C-Vivor program and has completed the Cancer Council's 8 week M.B.C.T. course.

Trish continues to deepen her understanding of Yoga through study, personal practice and her ongoing interaction with students and colleagues.  She is also a member of the Australasian and International Associations of Yoga Therapists, the Queensland College of Teachers and a Level 1 Member of the Australian Counselling Association.
