what people are saying about Trish David

Pam Hall, Springbrook

Yoga assists me to relax and delete unimportant trivia that can clutter my thinking. It also assists with sleeping - the breathing exercises allow me to calm and still my mind, improve flexibility, positivity and creates a centred feeling of being able to cope in a range of situations.

Colin Mildwaters, Caloundra

Trish is a very caring person and her ability to communicate easily with others quickly ensures that she wins a person's trust and goodwill.

Christine Lane, Willowvale

I look forward to my weekly yoga lesson with Trish - It's a friendly and fun way to start the day. Trish gently eases you into the poses that you really didn't think you could do. I go for a walk every day, but that's not enough when you are getting older - it feels great to move and stetch and gradually improve your practice. I can heartily recommend Trish's style of teaching - she is very aware of any sore points you might have - there is no forcing or putting your body where it doesn't want to go. It's a pleasure to be part of her group!

Ann Lairid, Robina

I have noticed a significant improvement in my posture and ability to move since starting Yoga with Trish

Sally Webster, Melbourne

What else can I say, except Trish is a gifted educator and a gift to teaching and learning. How blessed we are that she has chosen to teach in the yoga industry. She is intelligent and experienced and knows how to impart this knowledge on a range of levels, so we all understand. This is remarkable considering we all learn differently. Also, she shares her knowledge with compassion, energy and with joy. I have so much gratitude for Trish.
