Unpacking the teachings of non-dual Shaiva Tantra which is often known as Kashmir Shaivism. We usually study a text from the tradition and we delight in practice of meditation and yoga nidra together. Friendship and connection are key components of this class. Class occurs by Zoom on most Saturday mornings at 9am (Adelaide time)
