Join Swami Prembhava and Swami Vijayshakti for a weekly online sadhana exploring happiness as our true nature.
This 6-week sadhana provides a dedicated time each week for practice and reflection. Through swadhyaya, mantra, kirtan and meditation, we will observe how the way we think, respond and live each day influences our experience of happiness, and how a yogic lifestyle can bring greater balance and positive connection.
