Join Mollie and the Jala Yoga India team on an unforgettable adventure through the country she calls ‘home.’ Having lived, worked, and traveled across India annually (sometimes twice a year) for nearly a decade, Mollie knows this land intimately—its rhythms, its hidden gems, and the safest ways to experience its beauty.

Having spent years running tours, you’ll travel with confidence, guided by Mollie and her trusted local friends, teachers, and community who make up Jala Yoga’s India branch. This isn’t just another retreat—it’s an authentic, deeply immersive experience, crafted with love, care, and a decade of local knowledge.

  • A day out in Delhi, visiting monuments in New & Old Delhi.
  • Two visits to the Taj Mahal – an afternoon & the following sunrise from two different views.
  • One class with Mollie’s friend Himanshu at his Yoga Studio in Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh.
  • A sunrise visit to a mountain-top temple, overlooking snow capped mountains of the Himalayas.
  • Temple tours at UNSECO World Heritage sites.
  • A tour of Hampi by Tuk tuk, and endless chai stops with Mollie’s “Hampi boys”.
  • Lots of nature time in Hampi, watching sunrise and sunset from the worlds best secret spots. (Think – lion king goes to India!)
  • A Puja Ceremony with local Priest (Pandit).
  • One Traditional Cooking class. 
  • One Ayurvedic Spa treatment.
  • One Ayurvedic Consult with Ayurvedic Doctor.
  • A Sunrise Dolphin tour.
  • Day Trip to Mollie’s favourite place just outside of Goa (Think – jungle book meets a  bright blue ocean)
  • Pop-up Class with Mollie’s teacher, Yogacharya Lalit Kumar.

  • Mollie’s own version of the Lonely Planet Guide to Travelling India (restaurant suggestions, activity suggestions, history lessons & language for each destination you travel to)
