Practicing ‘Chair’ yoga

Practicing Chair yoga is a great gift for a number of reasons.
It might be that you need support for the poses; you might have a knee or hip that’s not coping well with weight bearing; or you might not have the time or space to roll out your mat.
Using a chair, poses can be gentle or strong, and I’ll teach both.
I will be giving detailed alignment instructions for the actions, and introducing new actions each week.
There will be video recordings of the live sessions so if you can’t make a live session all is not lost.
My intention, my hope is that over the ten sessions you will learn enough to be able to create your own practice.
There’s such ease in pulling out a chair and doing some stretches. Such support for building strength. Such a great opportunity to be drawn in to the quiet inside, as the outer body moves.
