Precision and Alignment as taught by the Iyengar Yoga methodology. Â The workshop is paced and allows time to explore actions of poses before moving on. It looks at the detail and gives instructions on what to move, activate, soften, harden or release in each pose. We will be working on the hip joints and stretching the legs and stretching the arms and the shoulder joints.
