Rhythms of Nature – Week long Womens Retreat
September 8 @ 4:30 PM – September 13 @ 11:00 AM AEST

Rhythms of Nature is a six-day women’s retreat held on the white-sand shores of Jervis Bay, designed to bring you back into rhythm with yourself, with nature, and with a supportive community of women.
This is a retreat for women who crave time in nature, meaningful connection, and movement that feels grounding and nourishing rather than demanding. Each day we’ll practice yoga, share delicious plant-based meals, and create space to rest, explore, and simply be. Alongside this, you’ll be invited into unforgettable experiences, including free-dive snorkelling with whales as they migrate south, guided stargazing with an astrophysicist, and time exploring the surrounding national park and coastline.
You don’t need to be fearless or experienced, just open. Open to moving your body in ways that feel supportive, to stepping gently outside your comfort zone, and to sharing moments of awe, laughter, and quiet reflection with other women.
Many women come on retreat alone, and this space is designed so you never feel like you are doing it alone. Through shared experiences, conversation, and time in nature, connection unfolds naturally. You’ll leave feeling restored, inspired, and deeply connected, not only to the women you’ve shared this journey with, but to yourself.
Rhythms of Nature is more than a yoga retreat. It’s an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, explore what’s possible, and remember how good it feels to move, rest, and belong.
