She supports individuals and communities in cultivating deep rest, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness through restorative yoga, somatic practices, and meditation. With over a decade of experience in yoga and mindful movement, Rocío specializes in practices that help people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and restore balance in the midst of modern life. Her work integrates restorative yoga, somatic awareness, and yoga Nidra, offering spaces where participants can experience safety, stillness, and meaningful rest. Rocío is particularly passionate about supporting people who are used to living in constant doing—high achievers, overworkers, and those who find it difficult to pause. Through her work, she helps people gently step out of cycles of overworking and productivity-driven identity, creating space for deep healing through rest, inner reflection, and compassionate awareness. Her approach invites participants to release guilt around slowing down and to rediscover rest as a powerful and transformative practice. Rocío teaches workshops, trainings, and classes for both students and yoga teachers, with a trauma-aware and nervous-system-informed approach, supporting people in developing sustainable practices for resilience, healing, and a more liberated relationship with rest.
