Understanding the Mind: An Ayurvedic- Yogic Guide for Teachers and Students

Modern yoga teachers often find themselves working with fragments of Ayurveda, bits of yogic philosophy, and large amounts of pop-psychology absorbed from social media.

Many now assume that “yoga psychology” means positive thinking, “manifestation mindsets”, affirmations, emotional regulation through breath, or generic mindfulness coaching.

If that’s your understanding, then this webinar is for you.
