200 Hour Traditional Tantric Hatha Teacher Training

An intensive four week, face to face, traditional Tantric Hatha teacher training based on the Moon Sun Fire teaching methodology.

Training includes continuing education for 6 months from the course start date.

We teach the science, art and philosophy of a very systematic and practical, lineage based style of yoga.

The training covers all the Tantric subtle energy maps, and comprehensive teachings in asana, pranayama, kriya, mantra & meditation. It is an elegant and efficient teaching style, as practical as it is profound.

The location is a private nature based sanctuary, just 4 kms out of a stunning NSW south coast town, Bermagui.

You will be provisioned with an Ayurvedic based lunch every day, ensuring your health and sustenance for the training.

There is also some onsite accommodation available.
