Description

A 3 hr workshop where students will learn about the history of sound healing, various instruments and applications with a focus on Crystal Bowls. The student will receive a bowl of choice as a part of the workshop & mallets & by the end of the workshop will be competent in the skill of “singing” their bowl correctly & equipped with the knowledge & tools to be able to apply this to their yoga classes, meditations & healing sessions, both in a 1:1 or group setting.
