Quiesce Yin Yoga and Yoga Energetics Teacher Training
Quiesce: to become quiet, calm, silent. This is an Invitation to Deepen Your Practice & Teaching
Quiesce is a 60-hour teacher training designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of yin yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, and the energetic anatomy of yoga. Rooted in traditional wisdom and contemporary insights, this training explores the subtleties of the human experience through stillness, breath, and vibration.
Taught over three immersive weekends this winter, Quiesce blends experiential practice with yogic philosophy, offering a profound journey into the body’s natural intelligence and energetic systems. This training provides a framework for integrating yin yoga and yoga energetics into personal practice and teaching, supporting both self-inquiry and the ability to hold space for others.
Participants have the option to complete 40 contact hours without the home study component or 60 hours, including home study, readings, assignments, and class planning.
