Do you want to become a yoga teacher? We’ve graduated hundreds of inspiring yoga teachers throughout Australia and abroad, and we now reside in Adelaide.

We offer superior training, at an affordable price AND our trainings are registered with both Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia.

There’s a small amount of non-contact / online learning, but most of the training is face to face so you can be part of a community of like-minded yogis and build friendships to last you a lifetime.

On completion of our 200hr YTT, you will have the confidence to teach yoga, and receive an internationally recognised certification.

What we’ll unravel :)

Techniques and Training – Asana (Sun Salutations, Standing Postures, Seated, Forward Bends, Twists, Backbends, Core and Arm Balances, Inversions and Restorative), Pranayama and Meditation.
Teaching Methodology – How to verbally and visually teach, Sequencing (vinyasa, classical and restorative), Adjusting, The Mindful Teacher, Prenatal Foundations.
Anatomy and Physiology – The basics of the human body and how it applies to yoga.

Yoga Philosophy and lifestyle – The Yoga Sutras, The Brief History Of Yoga and The Evolution Of Modern Yoga.
Yoga Business – What happens when we graduate, Marketing and Yoga admin.
Practicum – Practice Teaching, Observing and class attendance. Non-contact hours included. Please note: This course contains a lot of practice teaching, because we believe that this is the most important part of learning to teach. You will be teaching the first weekend :)
