This weekend retreat offers you an opportunity to experience traditional yogic living at Rocklyn Ashram, a space designed for reflection, inner stillness, and reconnection. Whether you’ve been curious about ashram life, or are simply craving time to slow down, this is an accessible, supportive and nourishing way to deepen your practice.
This retreat blends the traditional rhythms of ashram life, including Havan (fire ceremony), Seva (selfless service), and periods of Mouna (silence), with the supportive structure of our group retreat. Within our group you will be guided through holistic yoga practices, forest therapy walks, and reflective activities, creating a balanced weekend of rest, reflection and yogic living.

 About Rocklyn Ashram
Located in the tranquil nature of Dja Dja Warrung country on the edge of the Wombat State Forest near Daylesford, Rocklyn Ashram offers a rare opportunity to experience the depth of traditional yoga in a simple, peaceful and nourishing setting.
Rooted in tradition, the ashram encompasses the key paths of yoga: Hatha, Bhakti, Jnana, Raja, Kriya, Mantra, and Karma. Together, these practices support physical vitality, emotional balance, mental clarity, and inner stillness.
The ashram also hosts initiatives in eco-building, forest care, and organic food growing, offering a lived experience of Karma Yoga.

All accommodation is simple, clean, and purposefully minimal to support your inner focus. Please bring your own bedding and pillow.
