Official Yoga Australia Event: Deep Inner Healing (Melb, VIC)

We invite Melbourne-based yoga members, to come along to this community event. To serve others, you must make time to fill your own cup. This event provides you with a few hours to bring your focus inwards, realign your own energy and wellbeing in a supportive group of teachers & healers.
Over two and a half hours, attendees will enjoy the ultimate healing experiences under one roof at Vyve Meditation Centre in Eltham.
This experience includes:
- 1 hour of meditation &Gentle Reiki Healing
- 30 minute Cacao Ceremony
- 45 minute Sound Bath
- 15 minutes for questions and discussions

Relax and enjoy a harmonious early evening healing experience. Kirsteen is the founder, facilitator and principle teacher at Samana Yoga in Queenscliff, Victoria, Australia.
She is a Registered Level 2 teacher & Volunteer with Yoga Australia and trained in the traditional Krishnamacharya Lineage of yoga. You are in safe hands having completed over 1000 hours of training & continue to study & immerse herself in all things yoga & wellbeing. I believe, and want to make sure, that Yoga is available for Every Body!
Places are strictly limited and as a result, cancellations and refunds will only be available if your spot can be replaced. Minimum numbers are required for the event to proceed. In the situation where minimum numbers are no reached, the event will be postponed. If you cannot attend the postponed event, a refund will be issued.
What to wear/ bring:
Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Bring a water bottle, water is also provided at the venue. This experience will be a very relaxing experience. Reclining chairs are fitted in the room for your comfort, along with yoga mats & blankets.
