Flo Fenton’s Byron Bay Mini Retreat

Balanced, Calm and Steady As we move into the second half of the year, create space to check in, re-assess and re-set. We will explore practices to re-balance the subtle energies within, and to calm the nervous system leaving us feeling balanced, calm and steady. We will learn about yogic and ayurvedic lifestyle tips that help us to support this goal.

SATURDAY

2-4.30pm:
A soothing and calming session using curated asana, breathwork and meditation techniques allowing us to relax and let go.
Yoga Nidra, chanting and meditation will be included in this session.
6.30pm-A group dinner will be arranged at a local Suffolk Park restaurant for those who would like to join!
SUNDAY
9.30am-12.00pm: A flowing morning practice including some stronger practices to build strength and steadinesss.
12-2pm: Lunch break
Have a relaxing, nutritious and delicious vegetarian lunch with the workshop participants on the deck of the Suffolk Park Community Hall. Cost included. Walk on beautiful Tallow Beach, and maybe have a swim!
2pm-4pm: Powerpoint will begin this session.
A soothing session with passive and supported yoga postures and beneficial breathing techniques to balance the subtle energies within.
