his class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, and concludes with a guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system ,reduction of stress and tension and improved sleep. Ideally suited to beginners,the mature aged or anyone who simply prefers a gentler, slower-paced practice.
We all need movement, breathing and connection more than ever before in our lifetimes right now. Just one hour of yoga will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed .Â
