• Super contributions for key employees maximised / does not exceed limits

• GST Summary
• Payroll Summary Report

Book a time with your accountant

• Finalise your accounts for final BAS and prepare for Business Tax
• Prepare for other compliance reporting
• Business Review – targets achieved? Trends?

Book a time with your Business Consultant (it may be your Accountant)

• Review your Business Plan – where are we at? Where are we going?
• Price review? New business strategy? Customer retention strategy?
• Review wages / staff training programmes
• Adapt to changes in your environment
• Make the most of new opportunities
• Prioritise and maximise your effort

Final Steps

• Review funding, insurance cover
• Forward Planning – new targets; create the budget for the next year; new business structure?
