This deep relaxation course will introduce you to a modern system of yoga nidra practice which can assist in the promotion of physical and mental health and wellbeing.
iRest Integrative Restoration is a form of meditative self-inquiry stemming from the teachings of Yoga which can assist in promoting deep relaxation throughout mind and body.
The iRest approach has been the subject of significant research and found valuable in the treatment of insomnia, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, and chronic pain.
iRest nourishes qualities such as joy, peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience and loving kindness towards yourself and others.
iRest practices directly address the way you respond to your thoughts and emotions, enabling you to recognise the innate peace of mind which can be present amidst all of life’s challenging circumstances.
You will receive –
- weekly 15-20 minute pre-recorded video lectures plus a 20-35 minute iRest audio practice
- access to the course via my Radiant Wellbeing APP
- ability to message me directly with questions about the practice or the course via the Community tab within the APP
- Includes a complete iRest® yoga nidra workbook/manual.
