Menopause Yoga Class – Wednesday 14 at 7pm

Join Petra Coveney (in the UK) for her weekly live online Menopause Yoga class. This therapeutic style of yoga has been designed to help you manage common symptoms and provide a sense of community.
Each month she changes the theme. In February, her classes will be focussed on energising, lifting a low mood and building strength, preparing you for your menopause Second Spring.
Her level 1-2 classes are suitable for every body although some experience of yoga is desirable. Due to the nature of online group classes, Petra will not be able to make individual adjustments for participants, although she will provide general modifications. Please practice responsibly and with care.
