Over 4 days of theory and guided meditation, we explore five steps: Preparation, Relaxation, Mindfulness, Awareness and Stillness. This course is a gradual approach into Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation led by Melissa Borich, a yoga therapist, meditation mentor, and teacher trainer with over 20 years of teaching experience.
