RELAX & RESTORE Yin Yoga Workshop

This immersive workshop will have you:
  • learn how to bring Yin practices into your Yang lifestyle
  • check in and reconnect with your self and your needs
  • experience an accessible form of yoga for any body type and ability
YIN YOGA IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER YOGA STYLES It is a practice of stillness and surrender, an imperative counter to our rushed and busy lives. Allow me to hold space and guide you with care and compassion as we learn, practice and reflect together. WHAT TO EXPECT:
  • Studio tour, welcome, housekeeping and settling in
  • Grounding and intention setting
  • Workbook & Theory of Yin Yoga
  • Short break
  • Yin Yoga practice
  • Practice reflection & journalling
  • Short break
  • Introduction to Yoga Nidra
  • Yoga Nidra guided meditation practice
  • Practice reflection & journalling
  • Closing breathwork
WHAT TO BRING:
  • A yoga/exercise mat (or borrow one from the studio)
  • A filled water bottle
  • Yourself in comfortable clothing and a curious mind!
 
PLEASE NOTE: Free angled parking can be found onsite, or across the road at Spring Park Golf Course. There are no child minding facilities on site. Please make alternative arrangements for your children.
