Restorative Yoga Weekend Retreat 1st-3rd December 2023

December 1 @ 4:00 PM December 3 @ 1:00 PM AEDT

Restorative yoga is an ongoing practice of pausing, resting, checking in, and softening, which is a continuous practice. In restorative yoga, we surrender the weight of our bodies to the support beneath us and invite our breath to deepen into relaxation

December is the busiest month of the year. Everything seems to move even faster, and it is the PERFECT time to slow down, take a retreat for a couple of days and night, and dive into the practice of Restorative yoga, meditation, pranayama & journaling.

Led by Idit Hefer Tamir, the founder and director of Sukha Mukha Yoga’s teacher training and Restorative teacher training , this Retreat is all about YOU!

Creating a sacred space to go deeper into the body, the heart and the soul.

Shedding layers of stress and worry, creating space for eforrtless breathing and being, RE-MEMBERING to check IN, at a time and a world which constantly encourages us to look out.

Take a break from the fast moving, racing world, and for a whole weekend immerse yourself in relaxation and restoration. Discover the transformative power of restorative yoga as you embark on a journey of self-care, rejuvenation, and inner peace. Join us for a blissful journey that will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to embrace life with a newfound sense of calm and balance.

“It is precisely those who are the busiest who most need to give themselves a break” ~~ Pico Lyer
