SANSKRIT Experience the Language of Love

It’s a joy to share this ancient technology with you. I hold these sacred sounds with deep respect, and I look forward to exploring them together. In this course, we’ll approach Sanskrit as a living, embodied practice. Rather than focusing only on intellectual understanding, we’ll learn through felt sense, sound, breath, and repetition. The intention is to internalise the alphabet in a way that feels grounded and alive. Five weeks is just the beginning. Mastery of pronunciation and embodiment takes time. We start where we are, and we continue with patience and loving perseverance. It’s a blessing to do this in good company, in satsang.
