School Holiday Family Yoga

Are you looking for something meaningful to do with your child(ren) these school holidays? Then join Antje for a fun-filled yoga session the whole family can enjoy! A theme will provide a lose framework as we weave together elements of play and storytelling, asana (postures) and mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, a dash of acro yoga, and each participant’s own creative spirit. Along the way, we’ll release stress and anxiety, connect with our (inner) child, and strengthen body and mind. No previous yoga experience required and you can bring more than one child. Best suited for children aged 4 to 64 🙂 😉
