Visit Tassie; slow down, move gently and sit in stillness in the beautiful NE corner of the state.
You’ll practice yoga twice a day; blending gentle flowing with pranayama and meditation and finish the day with yoga nidra, for deep rest. Each of the yoga and meditation sessions is beginner friendly and completely optional.
Expect warm days for walks by the sea, a sauna and dip in the lake, or the opportunity to lounge with a good book and share stories with friends, old and new.
