Learn a new skill set of languaging that speaks directly to the inner experience while cultivating a positive relationship with the nervous system. Together we’ll expand our somatic dialogue through the different expressions of the Elements with their individual archetypal frequencies and specific movement pathways.
The shapeshifting, undulations and sacred flow of the fluid body.
What it means to soulfully and mindfully translate the sensations of the Water element during an embodiment practice.
Our embodied poetry of Water ebbs and flows, rises and recedes like the tides through our instinctual body. Intertwined with the inner and outer Waters, our sweat, tears, blood and saliva, this session is all about translating the sensation of how Water hydrates and moves, refreshing, cleansing and purifying our waterways through the circulation of the fluid body.
During this session we’ll be exploring and translating the embodied living experience of Vyana Vayu (radiating from inner to outer) and feeling into the fluid power of flow. As human adults we consist of 60% Water, it protects body organs and tissues while carrying nutrients and oxygen to cells.
The architecture of our extraordinary bodies is made up of Watery qualities, responsible for the lubrication of joints and is essential for cellular homeostasis and life. Energetically Water connects us to our sensuality, s*xuality, creativity and Svadhisthana (sacral) chakra.
