SPACE TO PAUSE

Event Series Event Series (See All)

July 26 @ 6:00 PM 7:30 PM AEST

A Space to Pause is a monthly online ritual designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reset — so you’re not carrying the same energy, stress, or patterns into the month ahead.

Why this space exists

Most of us move from one month to the next without ever really closing the previous one.

We carry the unfinished thoughts. The accumulated stress. The things we never quite processed.

Over time, it builds.

A Space to Pause is a monthly online ritual designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reset — so you’re not carrying the same energy, stress, or patterns into the month ahead. A guided 90-minute space where coaching, embodied reflection, and somatic practice work together — allowing insight to move beyond the mind and into the body.

What we’ll move through (90 mins)

  • Arrival & Grounding — settling into your body and the space

  • Embodied Reflection — guided journaling with the option to move the body (Discover · Release · Create)

  • Integration — Conscious Breathwork or Yoga Nidra, alternated each session

This space is for you if:

  • You’ve been moving through life on autopilot and want to slow down

  • Each month feels like it blurs into the next

  • You’re craving both reflection and direction

  • You want a consistent way to reconnect with yourself

No prior experience needed. Come exactly as you are.

Tickets — sliding scale

This space is designed to be accessible. Choose the tier that feels right for you:

$10 — Supported— for those who need a little help getting here.

$20 — Standard— the full value of the session.

$25 — Pay it Forward— your contribution helps subsidise a spot for someone else.

What to bring

  • A quiet space where you can be with yourself, uninterrupted

  • Something to write with — journal or notes

  • Headphones if you have them

  • A comfortable spot to sit or lie down

  • Water or a warm drink
