A mid‑week pause to soften, breathe, and return to yourself. This gentle yoga program is designed to release tension, reset your nervous system, and support a sense of grounded ease over 10 weeks.
Through slow, mindful movement and calming breath practices, you’ll reconnect with your body and create space for clarity and calm. No experience is needed — just a willingness to arrive as you are.
