Experience and learn the transformative qualities of breath-work when applied consciously and correctly. Cultivate energy when you feel sluggish, gain clarity when your mind feels cluttered, internally cleanse your body using controlled breathing. Balance and regulate your nervous, endocrine (hormone), respiratory and digestive systems to homeostasis.
These carefully curated workshops are designed to empower you with specific breath-work techniques that you can add to your self care tool box. You can expect a little bit of inspiring self development and eye opening and potentially game changing light yet impactful education in this session.
Including a gentle and purposeful themed asana practice, moving meditation where movement is like medicine for the soul, vagus nerve toning calling from the wisdom of mantra and a deep reset yoga nidra that includes a purifying chakra activation.
We will also have an opening and closing circle and there will be handouts/ prompted fun journaling and sankalpa (solid goal) setting and embodying. I’d be honoured to share this safe supportive special space with you soon.
