The philosophy of practice.
This weekly Slow Paced class holds a principles based approach to yoga where we follow a simple sequence of asanas and explore the philosophy of practice, including modes of practice and qualities of concentration. The class can be attended in studio or online. The link to the class recording is sent to virtual students- available for 3 days.
