TUNE INTO & TONE YOUR VAGUS NERVE

Regulating our nervous system out of ‘dis-ease’ and into spaciousness and homeostasis.
Here we explore the science of vagus nerve toning through a yogi lens. We also delve into:
Cortisol (stress hormone) reduction. Adrenal fatigue support. Levelling out anxiety. Revolutionising sleep. Taming the monkey mind. Take this  journey into innate clarity of brain, heart, gut (our three brains!) coherency and congruency. Accessing the best version of you.
Stress is one of the worlds number one causes of dis-ease. This is one avenue dedicated to aiding you to ‘stress less’! Here we explore taming the monkey mind, the ‘manamaya kosha’ (layer) and lean into the yogi science of the three brains being the head, heart and gut.
This workshop is geared towards cortisol (the stress hormone) reduction, adrenal fatigue support and levelling out anxiety. We also take into account the importance a a good night sleep and dive into the science behind sleep and how we can achieve it consistently. Basically we are aiming to revolutionise our sleep as how we are today often depends on how we ended our day the night before. Lets set you up for success and get you firing all cylinders with a more peaceful and focused approach.
You can expect a little bit of inspiring self development and eye opening and potentially game changing light yet impactful education in this session. Ayurvedic (‘The science of life’ and the sister to yoga) philosophy comes into this workshop too.
Including a gentle and purposeful themed restorative yoga asana practice, moving meditation where movement is like medicine for the soul, vagus nerve toning calling from the wisdom of mantra and a deep reset yoga nidra that includes a purifying chakra activation.
We will also have an opening and closing circle and there will be handouts/ prompted fun journaling and sankalpa (solid goal) setting and embodying. I’d be honoured to share this safe supportive special space with you soon.
