Foundational in nature, the warrior poses introduce the element of grounding while balancing movement in different directions at the same time. Weaved into the flow will be the story of Virabhadra and what each of the Warrior asanas represents. Participants can also look forward to learning how to adapt these asanas for their unique anatomy while gaining an understanding of the anatomy involved in the respective warrior asanas to cultivate the discipline, courage and strength inspired by Virabhadra.
