Winter Solstice Ceremony

We’re diving deep into the Solstice void already my love. do you feel it stirring within you too? The darkness envelops us, creeping closer day by day, inviting us to pause, recognise & prepare to honour the gifts of our own darkest night.

☬ for only then can we know & love all parts of self

☬ only then can we ascend into our authentic light

This is the sacred & transformational power of SHAKTI⚡️ She is all of creation, She the Divine immanent, She is the here & now.

As one of my fave psychologists of all time, Carl Jung, so eloquently stated ‘until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life & you will call it fate’.

I remember my mum introducing me to his work at a young age & perhaps that’s what inspired me to study psychology. I can’t say for sure, but I do know that my bestie @thea_phania & I would devour his work & discuss it well into the night when we were fresh teenagers.

@thea_phania has since studied & worked with the dark goddesses, & she’s taught me so much about the beauty of the mud from which the lotus grows.

I’ve wanted to share her energy with you all for some time now & she’s finally agreed to sit in circle with us, this time, not only as a participant of our unique mandala, but as an enormously knowledgeable & intuitive contributor.

Mama Cacao will expand our hearts inward, & through the ancient medicine of myth, movement, mantra, meditation, breath & ritual, we’ll travel together dancing with, & loving, our ‘darkest’ self to the extent we finally glimpse the light on the other side.
