Winter encourages us to hibernate, to be cosy and warm and to rest deeply in our nest while restoring our entire being after the heightened activities of the past nine months. The Winter Solstice marks the longest night and shortest day of the entire year making it a perfect time to tend to your inner fire, to shed the old and to cleanse your lens before the reemergence of Spring. This day retreat is designed to support your journey through hibernation with warming and balancing embodiment practices, nourishing homemade wholesome food and healing self care activities that will leave you feeling deeply rested and restored on all levels.

Our Winter Solstice day retreat offers:
– X2 yoga, somatic movement and meditation practices
– an angelic sound healing session
– full moon astrology insights and intentional journalling
– infrared sauna and salt water pool plunge
– a letting go fire ceremony plus homemade wholesome lunch with ample hot tea and afternoon snacks!
Regardless if you’re a yoga teacher or not, we’ve created this day retreat to nourish all.
For all, you’ll be venturing into nature to explore stillness through Daoist Meditation with Tai Chi Forest.
For yoga teachers you’ll have the option of diving into the art of giving sublime shavasana assists with Delamay, together we’ll explore this healing art form through gentle touch while refining our energetic kinesphere and ability to tune into others.
