Workshop: The Back and Spine To keep the back and spine healthy we look to understand its structure. ‘Bones, the resident Yoga School skeleton will be assisting… you will be able to see and understand the spine’s structure and how it moves. Bones will explain the other bony structures of the body that form the 2 bridges or connections to the spine.
