Price $50 each session
A two hour discovery of Earth Connection and Self through a gentle Yoga Practice and the introduction of the 14 Elements of the Wayapa Wuurrk Indigenous wisdoms. Encouraging healing and belonging. Includes an Embodied Movement Practice through the 14 Elements and group discussion.
This is a Yoga Immersion with a connection to the grass roots of Earth and Mother Nature.
Wayapa® is an earth connection practice that is based on ancient Indigenous wisdom that focuses on taking care of the Earth as the starting point for creating Earth Mind Body Spirit well-being.
I am a qualified Level 2 Yoga Teacher with over 2000 hours teaching experience over 10 years.
As a qualified Wayapa Wuurrk Practitioner I will guide you through an introduction of the 14 Earth Elements which will connect you to these accessible portals of Earth Connection harvesting a balanced Wellbeing and a caring for our Mother Earth.
