After the resounding success of the first edition of Yoga For Beginners, we are delighted to announce the much-anticipated second batch due to popular demand. This month-long program will offer the perfect foundation for you to begin your yoga journey in a classical tradition and establish a personal practice.
What to Expect:
- Start Date: November 7, Tuesday
- Class Schedule: Every Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Norwood Yoga House.
- Yoga Tradition: Experience yoga in the classical tradition of Shri T Krishnamacharya, known for its holistic approach.
- Who Can Join: This month-long yoga course is perfect for everyone. Whether you are an absolute beginner eager to build a strong foundation or someone who has dabbled in various styles and seeks a fresh and fulfilling practice in a classical style of yoga.
