Your host & The Compassion Hub founder, Kristi is a trauma informed, Yoga for menopause wellness specialist, who empowers women to embrace self-care, restore mental clarity and reclaim their vitality so they can live mindfully and find their bliss.
Having navigated her way through breast cancer treatment and preventative surgeries resulting in instant menopause before 40, Kristi draws upon her yogic practices to support you to manage life’s challenges with grace and humour.
