Ideal for women 35yrs+ navigating Perimenopause, Menopause or beyond, or seeking to embrace what’s ahead.
This is your time to pause, breathe and reset.

– Relax with gentle Yoga, Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra.
– Get Practical Tools to manage symptoms with ease.
Areas of focus
In this first workshop, you’ll learn how Menopause affects your body and the key hormonal changes behind common symptoms like anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue and interrupted sleep. We’ll explore how to manage these changes and support your well-being.
We’ll use reflection and meditation to ground ourselves before moving into a gentle slow flowing yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system and support your body with care. Through mindful movement, Mantra and Mudra, we’ll invite the body into a deep state of rest and restoration. We finish with longer-held, more restorative poses, followed by specific breathwork and a guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, to quiet the mind.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding with practical strategies for relief and a renewed sense of confidence as you move into your second spring—a time of powerful transformation.
