Gecko Yoga Armidale is a small yoga studio in the beautiful city of Armidale, NSW. A welcoming space to relax, reset & rejuvenate. Offering small group classes with attention to each individual client, in a calm & safe environment to just be, without judgement or ego. Our focus is on achieving the best outcome for our clients. So, whether you’re looking for time out to re-connect with yourself, movement, meditation or recovery from illness or injury, our space allows you the time to do just that. Our highly experienced & dedicated teacher offers a variety of yoga classes, regular Bliss Yoga, Mind Body Balance Yoga, Restore & Relax Gentle Yoga, Stretch & Release Wall Yoga & Yin Yoga. Our latest offering is beautiful Sund Bath Experience, using our Quartz Healing Bowls.
Our Private Yoga sessions are tailored to your requirements, suitable for all clients. We provide you with an appropriate personalised yoga practice so that you can get the most from your time. Making Yoga accessible to all is our goal. Whether you’re stiff, injured, stressed or just need some time out, a Private Yoga session is a wonderful addition to anyone’s life. Leaving you calm & peaceful & ready to tackle whatever comes your way. We offer sessions for individuals, couples, families, corporate & small groups. Our beautiful space is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. With underfloor heating & ducted air conditioning, our space is always comfortable.
I am a Level 3 Senior Yoga Teacher with more than 20 years’ experience. I’m passionate about achieving the best outcome for my clients. I invite students to find & face their challenges on the mat, so that they may live life effortlessly & peacefully. Classes are challenging & uplifting, as I take students beyond the physical aspects of yoga & brings them into their own sacred space. I believe that gentle movement brings about a sense of stillness, giving us time & space to reconnect with ourselves.
