My health, curiosity & research led me to the subtle yet powerful world of energetic healing. Yoga and the pure sounds of the crystal bowls played a vital role, in helping me to create my balance and retaining that balance within, in turn healing on the physical level. Inspired by this transformation I now practice Crystal Sound Therapy and love to Teach yoga.

My vision is to share these practices based on the needs of each individual, welcoming all, to my general yoga classes, prenatal, postnatal & crystal sound therapy sessions.
