Katie de Araujo
Katie specialises in inspiring yoga and mental health professionals to integrate the principles of embodiment into their practice and daily life.
She shares simple yet effective techniques to release tension and cultivate alignment and balance. By using the body as a resource, her approach helps regulate thoughts and emotions with greater ease.

Graduating from the Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching 2007 (CAE/ AIYT) and the Graduate Diploma of Yoga Therapy 2009 (CAE/ AIYT), Katie de Araujo has then specialised in Trauma and Polyvagal Theory which she teaches each month online to health professionals.
She owns the wellbeing business Body Centred Living, teaches weekly classes across Melbourne and private Yoga Therapy sessions.
She is a Senior Teacher through Yoga Australia.

She has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Melbourne University and Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Has 4 children, sings in her local choir, started gymnastics at 49 years of age, and jokes around more than sensible people might.
