Each yoga practice with me is an invitation to reconnect with the breath, the body, and mind. Through intentional movement and moments of stillness, I guide practitioners into an experience that supports presence and embodiment.
Drawing from the yogic foundations of nada, restorative, yin, vinyasa and contemporary mental health-informed approaches, my classes are designed to leave one grounded, nourished and revitalised. Each yoga practice offers spiritual insights to carry off the mat and into everyday life.
Rooted in the belief that yoga is a way of life, my teaching honours tradition while cultivating balance, self-acceptance and liberation in the modern world. I guide practitioners through this ancient yet ever-evolving practice with a deep respect for its transformative power.
