Bio

My lifelong fascination with the human body has shaped a diverse and enriching career dedicated to holistic health and wellbeing. Beginning as an Anaesthetic Technician in hospital theatres, I discovered my passion for more comprehensive approaches to healthcare, leading me to explore yoga, Pilates, meditation, breath coaching, restorative yoga, Hanna Somatics, Kinesiology, Thai yoga massage, and Osteopathy.

Through my work as both a Yoga teacher and Osteopath, I’ve witnessed firsthand how physical pain profoundly impacts thoughts, energy levels, sleep patterns, and overall self-perception—and equally, how addressing these interconnected elements can transform lives. This understanding has reinforced my core belief that movement is medicine.

For the past two decades, I’ve been guiding yoga classes that uniquely blend ancient Yogic techniques with Osteopathic principles. My approach draws upon all my previous knowledge and experience to help you reclaim and maintain your health, movement, and wellbeing. I firmly believe that each person’s body and experience is completely unique, which is why I work from the principle that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk beside you as a trusted partner in your therapeutic journey.

My Philosophy

My teaching encourages ease of movement within comfortable ranges of motion, sending vital “safety” messages to the brain that help relax the nervous system. I focus on the whole person, incorporating practices that improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, and relaxation while promoting overall wellbeing.

My ultimate goal is to empower you with tools to take your yoga off the mat—helping you release stress, pain, and stiffness in your daily life. Through consistent practice, my classes support you in optimising functional movement and enhancing your overall health and general wellbeing.

I offer a comprehensive package designed to support your consistent practice with maximum flexibility:

Weekly Schedule:

  • Saturday 8:30-9:45am
  • Saturday 10:15-11:15am
  • Tuesday 7:30-8:30am (Early Morning Yoga)
  • Tuesday 7:30-8:45pm
  • Wednesday 7:30-8:45pm
  • Thursday 7:30-8:30am (Early Morning Yoga)

Investment package Includes:

  • One studio class per week
  • Unlimited online classes via Zoom
  • Full access to class recordings through our Facebook Group

This comprehensive approach offers flexibility to practice face-to-face, online, or on your own schedule using recordings. Whether you’re in the studio or at home, you’ll have all the tools needed to maintain and deepen your practice.
