Hi There,
I’m Soni and I love all things yoga and nutrition. I started doing yoga to address my pain from a broken back whilst I was studying nutrition at uni. I found it made such a huge difference. Now I practice yoga everyday for pain management. I love the lifestyle, the mindfulness, the peace and tranquility and most of all, the relief.
I love most styles of yoga, I’m still learning a few. Vinyasa is my favourite, and just like my Gemini rising – I also love the complete opposite. Yin. And everything in between.
If you like calm low-energy expenditure yoga or high energy 90 minute extreme sessions, or somewhere in between, you will find the right mix with me.
If your a beginner and only want to start with 30 minutes, that’s fine. I encourage private sessions if you are a bit timid to practice with others from the get go.
If your after beginner, intermediate or advanced perhaps a group class is more your style?
Want to address your personal pain levels? I suggest a personal 1-on-1 session. Here we can practice together, I can get to know you and we can address pain management for your pain, not everyone else’s. Everyone experiences pain differently. Lets ease yours.
